Eligibility for Refunds
Moto Galaxy Pvt Ltd strives for customer satisfaction and offers refunds under the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Products: If the product is damaged or defective upon delivery, notify us within same day of delivery. We kindly request you to record a video of the unpacking process. This footage is mandatory as proof.

Wrong Item Delivered: If you receive an incorrect item, contact us immediately / same day of delivery for assistance.

Cancellation Before Shipping: Orders canceled before shipment are eligible for a full refund.
Note: Refunds are not applicable for:

Items that show signs of use or wear.

Products not returned in their original condition and packaging.

If you are unsure how to fit the product. However, we can provide assistance via a video call, which must be scheduled at least a day in advance.
