Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

Moto Galaxy Pvt Ltd strives for customer satisfaction and offers refunds under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If the product is damaged or defective upon delivery, notify us within same day of delivery. We kindly request you to record a video of the unpacking process. This footage is mandatory as proof.

  • Wrong Item Delivered: If you receive an incorrect item, contact us immediately / same day of delivery for assistance.

  • Cancellation Before Shipping: Orders canceled before shipment are eligible for a full refund.

Note: Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Items that show signs of use or wear.

  • Products not returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • If you are unsure how to fit the product. However, we can provide assistance via a video call, which must be scheduled at least a day in advance.
